Derived from the Zulu language, Thula means peace and quiet. For each of us this means different things. Jen takes the time to explore your individual needs and provides practical, supportive, and nourishing solutions to help you achieve your Thula.
Focusing on the Health and Wellbeing around Hormonal Health, Adrenal Dysfunction, Detoxification and Vibrant Aging. Focusing on Intuitive Eating, Body Image, Women's Health, Gut Health, Stress & Sleep Optimization and Anxiety.
Education is key and Jen aims to empower patients to achieve the best quality of life possible. She is also highly tuned to the ways that nutrition, stress, and lifestyle that can affect hormonal balance and aims to help women work on these aspects of their lives as part of their overall health picture.

Helping clients uncover the root causes behind their symptoms is what drives Jen. Jen excels in connecting deeply with clients so that they feel heard, supported and equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to have lasting health and vitality.
Jen has a special interest with both meditation and breath work of which she is incredibly passionate as they have made such a positive impact on her life.
LED LIGHT THERAPY
Light therapy is thought to affect brain chemicals linked to mood and sleep, easing SAD symptoms. Using light therapy may also help with other types of depression, sleep disorders and other conditions.
Light therapy is also known as bright light therapy or phototherapy.
At MBODY a quick 15 min session can get you back on your feet and feeling great or alternatively assist with sleep.
